About Robert E. Walinchus, DMD
Dr. Robert E. Walinchus is a 1984 graduate of Temple University School of Dentistry where he received awards in Pediatrics and Radiology. He was a Member of the Oral Surgery Honor society. He is in private practice serving the people of the Philadelphia area for 30 years. He has lectured extensively on the subject of Dental Cosmetics in the United States and in Europe his last lecture in Europe being at the University of London College of Dentistry. Skilled in all facets of dentistry, Dr. Walinchus, presently lectures and is Director of the Philadelphia Implant Education. This course, teaches dentists from around the country to place and restore Implants. All live surgeries are performed by Dr. Walinchus in his office in Springfield. Dr. Walinchus then becomes their mentor sharing his years of experience with his colleagues from around the country. Dr. Walinchus is a member of numerous organizations including: AACD (American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry); AADE (American Academy of Dental Excellence); ASHD (American Society of Hospital Dentists AAGD (American Association of Geriatric Dentists); AGD (Academy of General Dentistry); ADA (American Dental Association). As recently as May, 2009, Dr, Walinchus received the most prestigious award of Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). Dr. Walinchus is on staff at Delaware County Memorial Hospital and Riddle Memorial Hospital where he performs all types of dental treatments while his patients are under Anesthesia. Dr. Walinchus is married with three grown children and two grandchildren. He and his wife recently celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary.
