About Randy M. Freij, DDS
A native of Southeast Michigan, Dr. Randy Freij was raised in Livonia. Dr. Freij graduated from Detroit Catholic Central High School in 1994. He received his undergraduate degree from Wayne State University and Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Indiana University in 2004. Upon graduation from dental school, Dr. Freij completed a general practice residency at the VA Medical Center in Indianapolis. Dr. Freij is active in a number of professional dental organizations including the American Dental Association, the Michigan Dental Association, the Academy for Sports Dentistry, and the Detroit District Dental Society. In 2006, Dr. Freij was appointed by Governor Jennifer Granholm to the Michigan State Board of Dentistry. Dr. Freij completed his dental implant residency at Midwest Implant Institute. Dr. Freij is dedicated to keeping his skills current and staying informed of the most advanced dental procedures. He has completed numerous post-graduate courses in cosmetic dentistry, sports dentistry, and dental implants. Outside of the office, Dr. Freij enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys sports, reading, and cooking.
