About Raj Balchandani, DDS
Dr. Raj earned his bachelors in Physiology & Neurobiology at the University of Maryland College Park in 1998, including research opportunities at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda. He then went on to receive his doctorate in dental surgery from University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 2002. Dr. Raj has been providing high quality comprehensive dental care in a gentle and personalized environment for over a decade in the Germantown area. He has extensive background in the removal of impacted wisdom teeth, other surgical extractions and bone grafting, implant placement and restorations, invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and root canals. He is regular at attending continuing education courses to provide his patients with the most modern that dentistry has to offer. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Raj enjoys playing basketball and working out.He is a sports fanatic, go Redskins.
