About Quandra Lee, Aesthetician Specialist
As a Washington, DC based makeup artist, Quandra has been working in the industry for over a decade. In that time, she has become one of the top makeup artists throughout DC, Maryland and Virginia. She provides excellent on location makeup services to brides, as well as, commercial, print, fashion, television, and video. Quandra has a friendly professionalism and her approach to makeup is creative, imaginative, and detail-oriented. She enjoys creating clean, contemporary, glamorous looks which brings out her client’s natural beauty. “I like to bring out your natural beauty, creating you at your best, so when you look in the mirror you see yourself, but enhanced”, says Quandra and her “enhanced” approach is what keeps her clients loyal and coming back. Quandra was inspired to become a makeup artist in 2003. She worked in Nordstrom at the Bobbi Brown and later MAC counters, where she perfected her artistry skills and then moved on to becoming a freelance makeup artist. She has dedicated years of continued education and hands-on training in Atlanta, New York, LA and DC where she has trained under some of the world’s leading artists; Billy B., Sam Fine, Danessa Myricks, James Vincent, David Goforth, Craig Lindberg and Eva Pearl to name a few. Quandra graduated from Graham Webb Academy in Arlington, VA as an Esthetician in 2014. As a skincare specialist, she educates her clients on proper skincare, providing facials and hair removal services. She believes you’re most beautiful when your skin has proper care. She’s not only a dynamic makeup artist and skincare specialist, as a two-time kidney transplant recipient, Quandra takes her knowledge and passion for skincare and beauty to various charity events with the National Kidney Foundation and Children’s Hospital Center where she teaches skincare and beauty techniques to dialysis patients and kidney transplant recipients. “I’m blessed to be doing so well and it’s an honor to be able to give back.
