About Pinky Bhavsar, DMD
Born and raised in New Jersey, Dr. Pinky Bhavsar’s own fear of the dentist led her to pursue a career in dentistry. She strives to provide personalized care to patients of all ages, especially those anxious about seeing the dentist. Dr. Pinky Bhavsar earned her bachelor’s degree with honors from Rutgers University. She then continued her dental education at UMDNJ. After graduating, Dr. Bhavsar pursued additional postdoctoral training at Monmouth Medical Center, where she completed a general practice residency. Her hands-on training in oral surgery, prosthodontics, implants and pediatrics allow Dr. Bhavsar to offer her patients the latest, most comprehensive dental care. She recently completed a course in Invisalign and Six Month Braces, allowing her to proficiently care for patients with missing and irregular teeth. Dr. Bhavsar encourages patients to be informed about their dental care needs and to participate in their own care and treatment. She believes that the human touch is the most important aspect of dental care. Dr. Pinky Bhavsar comes from a family of doctors where excellent patient care is a common goal. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, swimming, baking and photography.
