About Philip Girgis, DMD
Dr. Philip Girgis has been practicing in La Grange since 1993. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine. Following dental school, he completed a General Practice Residency at Lakeside Medical Center (Northwestern University Dental School). Dr. Philip is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society and Chicago Dental Society, where he is currently serving on the peer review committee. Dr. Philip is also a member of the medical staff at LaGrange Hospital, Hinsdale Hospital and RML Hospital. He recently celebrated 30 years of marriage with his wife, Maggie. Together, they have 5 children and two grandchildren (more on the way...). When he is away from the office he enjoys traveling, boating and following the Chicago Cubs.
