Dr. Nita Desai is a graduate of 2 dental schools, the University of Detroit Mercy (1994) and the University of Mumbai (1987). At the University of Detroit, Dr. Desai was accepted in the International Foreign Student Program and was able to receive a D.D.S. degree in just 2 years. During her college career, Dr. Desai had a strong academic standing, with numerous scholarships, awards, and graduated with Honors. Dr. Nita Desai has been practicing general and cosmetic dentistry since she graduated, in 1987.
