About Nick H. Truong, DMD
Dr. Nick Truong has always had a passion for dentistry. After taking a dental assisting course in his junior year, he fell in love with the profession. His first job at 16 years old was actually working as a dental assistant. Dr. Truong grew up in the DMV area in Northern Virginia. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia with a BS in Biology and Chemistry minor. He then received a Masters of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences at Barry University in Hollywood, Florida. Subsequently, Dr. Truong earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts. When he is not practicing he loves exploring new places and good cuisine. He is a huge foodie and Lakers fan. Dr. Truong can’t wait to meet the patients at U Street Family Dentistry.
