About Natasha Lee, DDS
Natasha started Better Living Through Dentistry in her own neighborhood here in the Sunset District of San Francisco fifteen years ago after receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. She also earned an undergraduate degree in Anthropology fromU.C. Santa Cruz in 1994. Natasha balances private practice with her joy of teaching dental students. She spent eleven years teaching restorative techniques and is now an Assistant Professor and course director of Practice Management and Jurisprudence at Pacific.Natasha is very involved as a leader in the American Dental Association, theCalifornia Dental Association, and the San Francisco Dental Society. She has served on boards and councils at the local, state, and national level as an advocate and voice for patients and dental health professionals in addressing oral health care issues. She is currently serving as the Secretary of the California Dental Association. In addition, she is committed to volunteerism locally and has traveled abroad to provide dental care to those in need in developing countries. Natasha has been recognized by her peers for her dedication to the dental profession, ethics, and for advancement of oral health, by being inducted as a fellow into professional honor societies including the Pierre Fauchard Academy, the International College of Dentists, and the American College of Dentists which recognizes only 3% of dentists worldwide for their career contributions to dentistry and oral health
