About Mitchell Lepetich, DMD
Dr. Mitchell Lepetich was born in Mesa, AZ and grew up in Tempe. He attended Arizona State University, earning his undergraduate degree in Molecular Biosciences & Biotechnology in 2004. He attended A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health in Mesa, AZ, obtaining his DMD degree in 2008. He concurrently obtained a Certificate in Public Health from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill in 2008. Dr. Lepetich admits that as a child he was fearful of going to the dentist. However, over the years he realized the care that dentists can provide and the way dental work can change people’s lives. Through many experiences of shadowing different dentists, he realized this was a profession that he strongly desired to pursue. Dr. Lepetich has always had a special attention to detail and enjoyed working with his hands and now enjoys seeing the benefits that modern dentistry can provide. He understands how personally rewarding dentistry is when you are upfront and honest with patients, take the time to thoroughly understand their individual needs, and let them know you truly care. He has found there is more to dentistry than just ‘treating a tooth’. Dr. Lepetich has always had a desire to excel in the dental field. He takes pride in his work and feels it important to be able to provide his patients with the latest techniques and evidence based dentistry. He strives to inform his patients of the many different options available to restore their smile to their satisfaction. He frequently attends continuing education courses to be a leader in the dental field. Dr. Lepetich and his wife Lexie have four children. They currently reside in Queen Creek. Dr. Lepetich's interests include hands-on home improvement projects, watching sports, and outdoor gardening. He is currently a Boy Scout Leader and enjoys outdoor activities; particularly camping, hiking, and mountain biking. He and his family love spending time together; whether family vacations, sporting activities, or just hanging out at the house.
