About Mike Korolyov, DMD
Dr. Korolyov was born in Ukraine and moved to the northwest suburbs of Chicago when he was two years old. He completed his undergraduate education at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and then earned his Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Rush University Medical Center. He went on to attend the College of Dental Medicine at Midwestern University-Glendale Arizona. In order to provide his patients with the highest quality of care, Dr. Korolyov enrolls himself in a variety of continuing education classes. He completed a one-year comprehensive Implant course through the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, followed by a weeklong mini-residency in Mexico for implant dentistry and becoming an Affiliate Associate Fellowship of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association and Chicago Dental Society. Dr. Korolyov has also visited several underprivileged areas to provide dental care to those in need. He spent several weeks in Costa Rica and Nicaragua and recently went to Peru and Mexico to provide oral care to those who otherwise would not receive it. He is interested in all phases of dentistry. With his continuing education and use of the latest technology, Dr. Korolyov wishes to provide his patients with the best and most comprehensive care he can. He strives to make the oral healthcare experience as pleasant and comfortable as possible. His goal is not to just provide oral care but to build long-lasting relationships with his patients and their families.
