About Michele Chalmers, DDS
Dr. Michele Chalmers was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay area. She graduated from Acalanes High School in Lafayette, California where she received the “Craftsman of the Year Award.” She completed two Bachelor of Science Degrees at the University of California at Santa Barbara and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 1989. During her four year doctoral program at USC, she earned the Frank Lott Memorial Award for Excellence in partial and complete removable prosthodontics. Dr. Chalmers is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the California Dental Association (CDA), and the Southern Alameda County Dental Society (SACDS). As one of the first female general dentists in Pleasanton, Dr. Chalmers has been practicing cosmetic and family dentistry at her present location since 1995. As a courtesy, Dr. Chalmers’ office will bill patient’s dental insurance companies and Dr. Chalmers is a Delta Dental Premier Provider. Dr. Michele Chalmers is the proud mother of two children, Caroline and Michael, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and running. She loves her work and welcomes new patients.
