About Michael Christopher, MD
"Dr. Michael Christopher is a board-eligible dermatologist, from Chicago, IL. He attended The University of Arizona, where he obtained his Bachelors degree in Human Physiology and Doctorate in Medicine. He completed his dermatology residency at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he had the privilege of serving as chief resident. His training was intensive, and focused on understanding the basic science and principals of dermatologic disease, and how to effectively apply it to clinical care. His clinical interest includes identification and management of skin cancer, surgical, medical, and cosmetic dermatology. He also has an interest in identifying novel treatments for management of androgenic alopecia (patterned hair loss). He is committed to patient care, practicing medicine ethically, and providing exceptional, competent care. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, International Society of Dermatology, and American Medical Association. He is happily married to his wife Stefanie, and has two wonderful children. His other clinical interest include cancer metabolism, nutritional ketosis, intermittent fasting, longevity, lipidology, resistance training and autophagy.
