About Mehrnaz Iranmehr, DDS
Dr. Mehrnaz Iranmehr completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at the University of Texas in Dallas in 1999, and continued on to Baylor College of Dentistry, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2003. While attending dental school, she received a Dentistry Academic Scholarship, the General Dentistry Program Excellence Award, and an Outstanding Achievement in Operative Dentistry award. Dr. Iranmehr is an active member of Plano Rotary Club. She loves teaching, and currently holds the position of Clinical Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Dentistry, where she teaches chairside practice to prospective dentists. She actively seeks to advance her knowledge of dentistry, striving to stay up-to-date on leading edge techniques and treatments through continued coursework, walk-through hands on experience, and instruction with other dentists. Dr. Iranmehr was born in Tehran, Iran, and spent her early years in Germany prior to moving to the United States. She has been a resident of Plano, Texas for over twenty years and is the proud mother of a prospective dentist, currently attending dental school at Baylor College of Dentistry. When she is not busy with dentistry and is outside the office, Dr. Iranmehr enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. When she began her formal education, Dr. Iranmehr made a commitment to excellence which she continues to pursue to this day. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that every patient’s experience is comfortable and enjoyable. She is known by her patients for her friendliness, compassionate care, and her willingness to listen closely and provide explanations for all aspects of dental care.
