About Mark A. Tripp, DDS
Mark Tripp, DDS was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He completed an undergraduate degree in Human Physiology at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, and received the Gold Medal of Honour for the program. In 1997, Dr. Tripp completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery, also from the University of Western Ontario. He came to Charlotte, NC following dental school for a two-year General Practice Residency training program at Carolinas Medical Center. Dr. Tripp provides comprehensive services of general and cosmetic dentistry including root canal therapy, oral surgery, crowns/bridges, implants, porcelain veneers, Invisalign®, and aesthetic composite fillings. His current memberships include the Charlotte Dental Society, North Carolina Dental Society, and American Dental Association. LandMark Dentistry participates in significant continuing education every year in all aspects of the field of dentistry including the latest trends in insurance management and periodontal standards of care. Dr. Tripp also attends local and national meetings for lectures and seminars on the latest techniques and technologies in the field of dentistry. By maintaining a current knowledge of cutting-edge treatments and research, Dr. Tripp is able to offer his patients the most educated and evidenced-based diagnoses, as well as treatment options to help them maintain optimal overall and oral health. Dr. Tripp and the LandMark Dentistry team have provided volunteer services to the Women and Children’s Shelter of Charlotte since 2011 to provide oral healthcare for those in need. Community outreach is an important aspect to our profession as we are supported professionally by the members of our community and Dr. Tripp feels it is necessary to return that to the community in the form of volunteer work.
