About Maria G. Perez, DDS
Dr. Perez was born in Syracuse, NY but was raised in Caracas, Venezuela. She attended dental school in Venezuela and graduated in 2006 before deciding to move to Buffalo, NY. After she moved, she attended the University at Buffalo and graduated again with a dental degree in 2011. There, she also obtained a certificate of Advanced Education in General Dentistry as well as a Master in Oral Science with concentration in temporomandibular joint disorders (TMJ). Dr. Perez began practicing general dentistry in Buffalo and worked as a clinical instructor for the University at Buffalo with sophomore and junior students. She has since been practicing in Houston and enjoys serving her patients here. Dr. Perez is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Greater Houston Dental Society, HDA (Hispanic Dental Association) and is certified in Invisalign technology. In her leisure time, Dr. Perez loves swimming, biking, and spending time with her son Family and friends—especially with her son Santiago and dog Luna.
