About Marco L. Tironi, DDS
Marco L. Tironi, D.D.S. completed his pre-doctoral education at Michigan State University. He completed his dental education at The University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. His resume includes many honors and awards, including The Russell W. Bunting Periodontal Study Club award and a certificate of completion for an externship in the field of Oral Surgery at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. Since graduation, Dr. Tironi has completed continuing education coursework at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, Spear Education and the Nash Institute for Dental Learning. These courses have focused on the most up to date cosmetic and functional dental materials and procedures available today. In addition, Dr. Tironi has completed the surgical continuum in dental implantology at the Misch International Implant Institute, and earned a fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). He has become a certified provider of FOY ® Dentures and completed training in sedation dentistry from DOCS education, which allows him to help anxious patients get the dental care they need. Dr. Tironi is a member of the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, Oakland County Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). He is also an active member of DentalXP, a community of dental specialists and experts continuously educating our profession. Dr. Tironi has been a lifelong resident of Rochester, Michigan and continues to reside there with his wife, Kathryn.
