About Maheera A. Farsi, DO
Dr. Farsi grew up in Valdosta, GA and graduated as valedictorian and Summa Cum Laude from Valdosta State University with a BS in Chemistry and a minor in Mathematics. She attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine at the Bradenton campus, and had an opportunity to conduct a retrospective malignant melanoma research project in Limerick, Ireland which catapulted her passion of dermatology. Dr. Farsi completed her Traditional Rotating Internship and Dermatology Residency through Largo Medical Center with Bay Dermatology this past summer and we are thrilled that she chose to begin her career with us! Dr. Farsi’s patients feel confident in her care and appreciate her gentle mannor. She specializes in general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.
