About Luis A. Cenedese, MD, FACS
Luis Cenedese is an empathetic and renowned plastic surgeon working in Brooklyn and New York, NY. He graduated from Columbia University and completed his residency in surgery at Beth Israel Medical Center. Mount Sinai Hospital accepted the doctor for a residency in plastic surgery. Upon completing this he was chosen as chief resident in plastic surgery. An additional fellowship in orthopedic hand and reconstruction surgery at Thomas Jefferson University was completed. He is board-certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery as well as a member of the Faculty of the American College of Surgeons and American Society of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Cenedese performs both reconstructive and cosmetic plastic and hand surgery. He has extensive experience with burn victims, congenital defects, and trauma victims as well as with patients wanting to make simple alterations. He performs breast and buttock augmentation, chemical peels, facelifts, anti-aging treatments, eyelid and nasal cosmetic surgery, burn correction, tummy tucks, implants and skin grafts to name just a few procedures. In addition to his practice, Dr. Cenedese has been a clinical instructor of surgery at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and Downstate School of Medicine. He does charitable work for Native Americans through the Department of Indian Affairs.
