About Kunaal Goyal, DMD
Dr. Goyal grew up in Broomall and graduated from Marple Newtown High School in 1983. He then attended the University of Pennsylvania and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1987. Dr. Goyal continued his education at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, recieving his D.M.D. in 1991. Afterwards he moved to New York City and completed a General Practice Residency at The Mount Sinai Hospital and Medical Center. Dr. Goyal continued to live and practice in New York for the next five years where he was also on the facility of the New York University Dental School and a clinical instructor in the Mount Sinai Dental GPR program. Offered a unique opportunity to do something adventurous, in 1996 Dr. Goyal relocated to the Island of Guam in the middle of the Pacific Ocean. On Guam he worked for a large health care organization, PacifiCare, before transitioning to private practice to provide dental care to the native population as well as the families of US military personnel. In 2000, Dr. Goyal moved back to Philadelphia area and started working for the University of Pennsylvania Dental Care Network. Today, in addition to practicing at Allendale Dental, he continues to teach at University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine on Friday's.
