About Ken W. Beadling, DDS
He is a 1983 graduate of the University Of Illinois College Of Dentistry after receiving his undergraduate degree from DePauw University in 1979. It’s no wonder then that he has taken well over 2500 hours of continuing education and has embraced the latest technologies that dentistry has to offer. Received in 1994, this award consists of passing a full-day comprehensive examination and completing at least 500 hours of continuing education. Received in 2000, this prestigious honor is held by less than four percent of the dentists in the United States and is awarded to those who complete an additional 600 hours of continuing education (400 of which are in hands-on participation courses) after obtaining the Fellowship award. Received in 2014. Presented to those Masters who clearly recognize the professional obligation to remain current in their profession and to create an example so that each member of the dental profession never loses sight of this obligation. It requires an additional 500 hours of continuing education and completion of 100 hours of dental related community/ volunteer service. The Academy of General Dentistry, The American Dental Association, The Michigan Dental Association, The Kalamazoo Valley District Dental Association (served as co-editor of the quarterly newsletter for three years), The International Academy of Mini Implants, Founding member of the American Academy of Small Diameter Implants, The World Congress of Minimally Invasive Dentistry, The World Clinical Laser Institute (Associate Fellowship), and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine as well as being a 1993 graduate of the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies.
