About Katie Stuchlik, DDS
Katie Stuchlik (pronounced “stew-click”) grew up in Houston, Texas and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin. There she obtained degrees in Human Development and Radio-Television-Film, all the while serving as the University’s costumed mascot, Hook ‘Em. After realizing her lifelong goal of editing films for Adam Sandler would never come to fruition, she decided to pursue a career in something completely unrelated but equally as satisfying- dentistry. After graduating college, she spent time working in a research lab at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Stuchlik then entered the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston, where she graduated with her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. While in dental school, she served in several leadership positions within the American Student Dental Association. Upon graduating dental school, Katie was honored with the International College of Dentists’ Leadership Award. She continues her involvement with dental organizations to gain knowledge and grow as a leader in the community. Dr. Stuchlik is a 2018 nominee for Texas New Dentist of the Year and has been selected as a Texas Monthly Super Dentist.
