About Jyoti Patel, DMD
She moved to Pennsylvania in 1995 from London, England where she had resided for over 20 years. She graduated from Kings College Dental School in 1989 with a Degree in Dental Surgery, keen to expand her knowledge she did a four year residency program and obtained a Fellowship in Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1994. In 1995 she moved to Philadelphia with her family and attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine graduating in 1998 with a doctorate in dental medicine (D.M.D) Dr. Patel’s philosophy has always been teeth for life and she strives to help all of her patients attain this by either helping them maintain their own teeth or using replacements that are comfortable and functional. She is committed to staying current on innovations in dental care and advanced dental technologies so that she can use them to provide the finest, quality dental care for all of her patients. When she is not working, Dr Patel enjoys spending time with family and friends, running with her Havanese dog, Mickey, riding her bike and traveling.
