About Juliet Gibson, MD
Dr. Juliet Gibson is a native of Los Angeles. She received her undergraduate in Human Biology at Stanford before obtaining her medical degree at Yale University, where she met her Texas native husband. After Dr. Gibson completed her intern year at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, she moved to Dallas for her dermatology residency at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, while her naval officer husband was deployed with the U.S. Navy to the Horn of Africa. I chose dermatology because it’s one of such a broad field (medical, surgical, and cosmetic) in all age groups. I love the long-term connections I form with patients who have skin diseases or those who want to fight the aging process with quick “tune-ups”, says Dr. Gibson. Her professional interests include the detection and management of skin cancers, the treatment of acne, psoriasis, and hair loss, and cosmetic treatments including neuromodulators (e.g., Botox), dermal fillers, and lasers. Dr. Gibson and her husband, Wade who is an attorney, reside in North Dallas with their two dogs, Ellie and Teddy. Her personal interests include cooking, spinning, practicing yoga, walking with her husband, and watching bad television.
