About Joseph W. Worthington, DDS
Dr. Worthington is known for his remarkable expertise and talent, he is Fairfield county’s premier dentist. Recognized for his natural aptitude and skill in dentistry, along with his understanding and caring approach to his profession - simply affirms his continuing commitment to producing only the best that dentistry has to offer to all of his patients. Dr. Joseph Worthington graduated from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery in 1983. He was then invited to attend an advanced training Residency Program at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. From 1984 until today he maintained a busy Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry practice in Manhattan, NY. During this time, he has lectured nationally and has been featured on television and radio. He is also credited with creating and perfecting the smiles of several renowned Broadway and Hollywood stars. Being a Fairfield County resident since 1994, Dr. Worthington decided to open a second location in Connecticut where he can share his extensive Cosmetic, Restorative and Implant Dentistry experience with his community including Fairfield, Westport, Weston, Easton, New Canaan, Darien and Greenwich. To add to his list of impressive attributes, Dr. Worthington is the official dentist for the New York Islanders AHL affiliate team “The Bridgeport Sound Tigers”, often required to attend all 38 home games. In addition to this he recently was appointed the dentist for Sacred Heart University’s 31 division 1 teams. With almost four decades of experience, Dr. Worthington can fix virtually any dental problem. People throughout the Fairfield County area, including Weston, Easton, Greenwich, New Canaan, Darien, Westport and Fairfield, Connecticut, trust Dr. Worthington to get them smiling again! Dr. Worthington is a member of the American Dental Association , The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry , American Academy of Implant Dentistry, International Congress of Oral Implantologists and the American Society of Osseointegration.
