About Joseph Kaufman, MD
Dr. Kaufman, a founder of the practice, received his doctorate from the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He was Chief Resident in Dermatology at Stanford University. He also completed his Fellowship in Dermatopatology at Stanford University. Dr. Kaufman is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology. He currently treats established patients in both the Novi and Warren office locations, he does not accept new patients at this time. Dr. Kaufman enjoys classical piano, chamber music, dog walking, and traveling. He also enjoys spending time in New York City. Dr. Kaufman takes a special interest in treating skin cancers and also dermatopathology, and he enjoys caring for the dermatologic needs of patients of all ages.
