Dr. Jose C. Garcia was born in Havana, Cuba on October 25, 1953. At the age of 13 he left Cuba with his parents and siblings and arrived in New York City. In 1977 he received a Bachelors Degree of Science from Hofstra University. Then graduated in 1982 from New York State University, School of Dentistry at Buffalo. In 1983 Dr. Garcia entered a hospital residency program at Jacksonville University Hospital. He began his private practice in Miami, FL. in 1983
