About Jonathan Cook, DMD
Dr. Jonathan Cook obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University, College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Cook was the only graduating senior awarded the Southern Academy of Prosthodontics Award, for demonstrating an outstanding ability in the area of Prosthodontics. In addition, he was also the only graduating senior awarded the American Academy of Implant Dentistry Award, for his accomplishments clinically and academically, in implant dentistry. Upon graduation, Dr. Cook was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Society, for demonstrating high scholarship and character. While earning his D.M.D., Dr. Cook was selected to travel to Jamaica for two consecutive years, to provide dental care for the underserved and needy in various cities and towns. While in dental school, he also provided dental care to children as a part of the Gives Kids A Smile program.
