About John Shamraj, DDS
Dr. John Shamraj (“SHAM” RYE” ) graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1978. He served 3 years in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps, stationed with the Marines at Camp Pendleton. After returning to Michigan, he was in private practice, since 1995. Dr. Shamraj is a clinical evaluator for The Dental Advisor magazine. He specializes in all cosmetic and general dentistry, as well as Endodontics (Root canals) and Orthodontics. He has 4 daughters, 3 grandchildren, and has lived in the Ann Arbor area most of his life. In his spare time he enjoys, mountain biking, & kite boarding. He also enjoys building, flying, crashing and repairing racing drones. He has one cat, named Bella, she’s a ferocious 2-pound predator. Mice and chipmunks don’t stand a chance.
