About John L. Aurelia, DDS
Dr. John Aurelia was born and reared in Rochester, Michigan, graduating from Rochester High School in 1994. Following high school, he attended Kalamazoo College, receiving BA degrees in Biology, Economics and Business. Dr. Aurelia earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2003 from the University of Detroit Mercy, where he served as Class Vice President and received the Community Service Award. In 2004, he participated in the Dominican Republic dental outreach program, donating time, services, and supplies to a humanitarian mission, and providing treatment and public health education to children of impoverished communities. Aurelia is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry, and American and Michigan Dental Associations. As a dentist, Dr. Aurelia is dedicated to continuous learning. He is a student of the Dawson Academy for Advanced Continuing Dental Education and has studied extensively in the areas of implants, cosmetic dentistry, and occlusion. Dr. Aurelia is also a part of the Pankey Institute which is one of the most prestigious, advanced continuing dental education centers in the world. Dr. Aurelia enjoys the practice of dentistry and is particularly focused on making the patient experience personal and comfortable. He is especially interested in how implants, new techniques and materials can restore a patient's smile and confidence. John L. Aurelia, D.D.S. offers a wide variety of services, including restorative and cosmetic dentistry procedures. The practice works with a variety of specialists to deliver top-of-the-line comprehensive care for the entire family. Dr. Aurelia is married and has three children.
