About Ji Y. Han, DDS
Dr. Ji Yun Han was born in Seoul, South Korea and moved to Wilmington, Ohio at the age of fifteen. He attended the seven-year program at New York University and New York University College of Dentistry, receiving Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with honors in Special Patient Care. Dr. Han is passionate about providing a relaxing environment and pleasant dental experience to patients at Dental Care Kids. He was trained in providing dental care to patients with special needs, including medically complex patients, patients with disabilities and patients with dental anxiety. Dental anxiety is one of the biggest reasons many patients avoid regular dental checkups, and Dr. Han hopes to change patients' perspective through his service at Dental Care Kids. Dr. Han loves all aspects of dentistry from preventative treatments to restorative and cosmetic dentistry. He is a member of American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Han enjoys karaoke, playing the guitar, traveling and spending time with his wife and his Schnoodle.
