About Jeremy W. Chance, DDS
Dr. Jeremy Wade Chance grew up in Waskom Texas (Pop. 1800), a small town in East Texas. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas with a Bachelor's of Science. He attended The University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2004. While attending dental school, he served in numerous leadership positions with many student government organizations. Dr. Chance served as President of the UT Dental Branch Class of 2004, Vice President of the Student Intercouncil of the UT Health Science Center and served as the President of the UT System Student Advisory Council. In the later role he represented all 15 UT components in the State of Texas. While President, Dr. Chance established the first UT System-Wide Outreach project known as ""United To Serve"". His passion to help others still continues as Dr. Chance volunteers in the community and is an active member of the Texas Dental Association and the American Dental Association. Dr. Chance has been practicing dentistry including restorative, implant and cosmetic dentistry since 2004. Besides dentistry, Dr. Chance has a passion for fishing, traveling, and spending time with his two sons, daughter and wife, Dr. Erica Marie Chance.
