About Jenny Chen, DDS
Dr. Jenny Chen has been very active both in clinical and academic dentistry. She is a formally trained Prosthodontist and dental laboratory technician. Dr. Chen received postgraduate training and a certificate in Prosthodontics from the University of California, San Francisco, School of Dentistry; and training and certification in dental laboratory technology, including dental ceramics, from the City College of San Francisco. Dr. Chen has over 10 years of clinical practice experience. She has been in private practice both in La Jolla (San Diego) and in San Francisco. In addition to her private practice, she was an Implant Prosthodontist at the Dental Implant Clinic in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Program at Highland Hospital for 6 years. Concurrently, she was a clinical assistant professor in the Fixed Prosthodontics Department / Department of Restorative Dentistry at the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, in San Francisco. Dr. Jenny Chen also gives Continuing Education courses to local dentists and to dental schools in China in the areas of Prosthodontics, Dental Aesthetics and Dental Implants.
