In recognition of meeting the highest criteria for professional excellence, the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) awarded Dr. Christopher the prestigious Mastership Award in 2005. The Mastership Award is the highest honor in the AGD and one of the most respected designations in the dental profession. Dr. Christopher is one of nearly 1,800 dentists worldwide to have the letters MAGD after his name designating him as a Master of the Academy of General Dentistry. The AGD, started in 1952, is the premier organization for general dentists. Over the past 50 years the AGD has recognized nearly 13,000 members as Fellows and 1,800 as Masters. It currently has more than 35,000 active general dentist members who have made a commitment to professional excellence by maintaining their membership in the AGD. My goal over the 15 years I have been practicing in Rumson and Fair Haven has been to create a dental practice of the highest caliber which retains the charm and friendliness of a small town practice. I believe the Dental Health & Image Center has achieved this goal. After receiving my Dental Degree from The University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill School of Dentistry, I have continued my education with many of the top educators in the field of dentistry. I have completed the course series at the renowned Dawson Center for the Advancement of Dentistry and the Seattle Institute of Advanced Dental Education which teach a comprehensive approach to dental treatment and oral health.
