About James P. Weller, DDS

Dr. James Weller combines over 40 years of chair-side experience with state of the art technology. He has devoted his career to establishing a family practice and it brings him great joy to now have patients from three generations of Baltimore families. Dr. Weller is at heart a doctor, not a businessman. His patients are treated like family, never rushed through appointments or prescribed excessive treatment plans that they do not need. He gives patients more than one treatment option whenever possible, fostering trust and alleviating anxiety. Dr. Weller and his team take pride in alleviating dental fear for patients who might not be comfortable in the chair. He is relaxed, kind, gentle with a great sense of humor. He is known to sing and dance, always keeping his patients and staff laughing. Dr. Weller’s team of professionals will work with you to help you feel comfortable while receiving dental care. He warmly welcomes new patients and families to the practice conveniently located in the heart of Towson. Dr. Weller earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from The University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Dr. Weller continues to be an active member of The Academy of General Dentistry, The American Dental Association and The Maryland State Dental Association. Outside of the office, Dr. Weller is an avid fisherman. He enjoys playing the guitar, biking, traveling and archeology. He and his wife, Terri, live in Stoneleigh where they raised their three children. Dr. Weller has four granddaughters who he loves to visit as much as he can.
