About James P. Finney, DDS
Dr. Finney graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 1983. He has been a Towson dentist in private practice since then. Dr. Finney has a special interest in cosmetic and restorative dentistry and has performed many successful cases. Dr. Finney is the founder and leader of the CEREC study club which hosts dentists from Baltimore and surrounding counties. He is a CEREC mentor for the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry and a certified trainer in digital dentistry. He is Invisalign certified and a member of the Greater Baltimore Implant Society, the Northern Baltimore Implant Society Study Club and the Maryland Implant Study Club. He is an active member of both the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the Academy of Osseointegration. Also, he is a clinical staff member in the Otolaryngology Department at GBMC Hospital. Around town, Dr. Finney is known as the Towson dentist who plays rhythm guitar and sings with his band, Gram Positive. Dr. Finney and his wife Julie enjoy traveling, cooking and spending time in the garden.
