About Jack A. Dekkinga, MD
My family has lived in West Michigan for generations. My wife, three children, and grandchildren are the joy of my life. In addition to medical practice and family, my time is dedicated to involvement with church and community projects and hobbies. I attended Calvin College and graduated from the University of Michigan. My medical training included the University of Michigan Medical School and internship at Blodgett Memorial Medical Center. My Dermatology residency was at Henry Ford Hospital, followed by a Fellowship in Mohs’ Micrographic Skin Cancer Surgery at that institution. I am board certified by the American Board of Dermatology and am a Fellow in the American College of Mohs Microscopic Surgery.
