About Izzy Naem, DDS
Dr. Izzy is a gentle, caring dentist who uses only the most advanced materials and procedures available. He practices comfortable, health-centered dentistry with a strong emphasis on getting to know each patient. In addition to his technical proficiency, Dr. Izzy is a careful listener and will explain beforehand what treatment is best for your individual needs. Dr. Izzy received his bachelor's degree & his doctorate from Wayne State University and the University of Detroit/Mercy Dental School. He has since taken many continuing education courses, including those in implants, difficult denture cases and complex restorative cases. He has advanced surgical training, receiving a diplomat status with the International Dental Implant Association as well as the American Dental Implant Association. Dr. Izzy is a member of the American Dental Association, the Chicago Dental Society, the American Equilibration Society and the Academy of General Dentistry, he is also a fellow of the Illinois Dental Society. Dr. Izzy is a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM), the only non-profit professional association dedicated exclusively to the practice of dental sleep medicine. Dr. Izzy helps treat snoring and obstructive sleep apnea with oral appliance therapy, an effective treatment that is covered by most insurance plans. AADSM membership provides Dr. Izzy with access to educational resources and practice management tools that help him better serve his patients by providing the highest quality of care in the treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea.
