About Hema Pombra, DDS
Dr. Hema Pombra is a board-certified Dentist from the state of California and was awarded her Doctor of Dental Surgery from BVP Dental College, Pune, India. She has been trained in all aspects of general dentistry, including, preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and periodontics. Dr. Pombra is detail and quality oriented and she is committed to patient’s excellence and comfort. She accomplishes this by providing the highest quality of dental care by using the latest technology available for her patients. She is interested in treating the source of the disease rather than just the symptoms. Dr. Pombra is a member of the San Mateo Dental Society, the American Dental Association, and the California Dental Society. Dr. Pombra continues to learn and improve her skills through various CE courses, study clubs, and ongoing training. As a member of our community, she is committed to give back by providing dental care for patients that cannot afford it. To achieve this Dr. Pombra volunteers at the Samaritan House Free Clinic, a non-profit organization located in San Mateo.
