About Harry Glassman
Dr. Harry Glassman has been practicing plastic surgery in Beverly Hills for the past thirty five years. He has used his talents to enhance the appearance of some of the most famous people in the world and to reconstruct birth defects, damage from injuries, and defects caused by cancer. A honors graduate of Hahnemann Medical College in Philadelphia, Dr. Harry Glassman served his internship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania before coming to U.C.L.A. for his general surgery and plastic surgery residencies. He furthered his course of study with additional training at the Clinique du Belvedere in Paris, France. In 1975 he completed his training as Chief Resident in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at UCLA. Dr. Harry Glassman’s work has earned him the admiration of his peers and the confidence of his many patients. He has achieved recognition and worldwide esteem as a noted authority in his field. He has been invited to speak at numerous conferences and appear on a variety of radio and television shows. In addition to his appearances on “Nightline” and “20/20” to discuss the silicone gel breast implant controversy, he has presented new concepts and techniques in plastic surgery on “Donahue.” Dr. Harry Glassman has been featured in news segments for major networks including NBC and ABC. His “Home Show” series on breast reconstruction following mastectomy has been highly acclaimed. Dr. Harry Glassman is the author of numerous scientific papers and textbook chapters on the correction of facial aging, eyelid surgery, and breast implantation and implant removal.
