After obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in medical sciences and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Ghana, Dr. Ashitey earned his doctor of dental surgery degree at the New York University College of Dentistry, completing externships at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and the University of Sheffield, School of Clinical Dentistry in England, where he actively participated in volunteer outreach programs.
