About Glenn Ritter, DDS
Dr. Ritter is a General Practitioner in the true sense of the discipline. As such, most of your treatment needs can be met in our practice, including most extractions, root canal therapy and other restorative and cosmetic procedures. Dr. Ritter’s background culminates to a wealth of variety and experience. His undergraduate B.S. degree from Cornell University is in child development. Dr. Ritter graduated from New York University with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree. His post-graduate education continued with a general practice residency at Hackensack University Medical Center where he continued to serve on the Medical Center's house staff. He was also an Attending Physician at Pascack Valley Hospital. With over 20 years of extensive hospital training and service, Dr. Ritter has honed superior surgical skills and the treatment of medically compromised patients. In addition to this he has served on the staff of two long-term care facilities. He was the Director of Dentistry at Valley Healthcare, Westwood, NJ for over 12 years. Young and old, understanding infants to adolescents and geriatric needs form the foundation in providing an outstanding level of care. Dr. Ritter takes time out of the office each month as an active participant in continuing education. He is committed to keeping abreast of the latest advances and research in the fields of dentistry and medicine.
