About Gehan Girgis, DDS
After graduating from the Cairo University School of Dentistry in 1984, Dr. Girgis continued her education at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. From there, she graduated in 1991 and has since been practicing in the area for 26 years in Rochester Hills, Michigan. She attends numerous continuing education classes throughout the year and has advanced training for sleep apnea and snoring appliances, laser dentistry, Invisalign®, implant restorations and sedation dentistry. Dr. Girgis and her team also enjoy seeing children in the office as it always brightens their day. When we have as little one in our office, the whole world revolves around them, which is why we see children as young as two and a half years old. Dr. Girgis especially enjoys seeing returning patients, some of whom have been clients of hers for over 20 years. Of these patients’ restorations, the ones placed by Dr. Girgis still look new after 20 years! Dr. Girgis has been married for 33 years and has three children. She enjoys making jewelry, traveling and taking ballroom dance classes. She is also fascinated by the glamor of ancient Egypt and has decorated her office and a part of her home with Egyptian artifacts.
