About Eric Kusseluk, MD
Dr. Kusseluk works both in private practice and as a teaching physician at NYU Medical Center. In 2012 - 2017 he was voted one of the top doctors in New York and was also selected by his peers as a ""Rising Star"" in the field of Medical and Cosmetic Dermatology. Both honors are awarded to only the top 1-2% of physicians in the New York area; as featured in the New York Times and New York Times Magazine. In 2012 he was promoted to an Associate Professor at NYU Medical Center. Dr. Kusseluk received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University. While at Cornell, he graduated with honors and was an Academic All-American soccer player. After finishing medical school he completed his dermatology training at the State University of New York and Science center in Brooklyn. In addition to his training in New York, Dr. Kusseluk was awarded a grant to study in Sydney Australia to gain expertise in diagnosing and treating skin cancer at the world renowned Sydney Melanoma Unit. Dr. Kusseluk specializes in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology for adults and children. He offers a wide array of skin treatments, from comprehensive full body exams for suspicious moles and growths, to treatments of acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer and general skin rashes. He performs surgical procedures for skin cancers, cysts, moles, lipomas, skin tags, warts and scars. In addition, Dr. Kusseluk performs a variety of cosmetic procedures, ranging from cutting edge laser technology for skin resurfacing and rejuvenation, to botox therapy, filler injections, scar removal, age and sunspot removal, laser hair removal, blood vessel treatment, sclerotherapy, UVB light treatment, chemical peels, micro dermabrasions and more.
