He is board certified by the American Board of Facial Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery and by the American Board of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Moreano has dedicated his practice exclusively to cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.Given his international reputation, Dr. Moreano is frequently interviewed for TV, radio and print media. He is also the founder and co-director of the “Moreano World Medical Mission” (part of the Non-profit “Middle of the World Foundation”) which every year performs free reconstructive surgeries for impverished children in Latin America who are born with physical deformities. Additionally, Dr. Moreano is a clinical professor at the State University of New York School of Medicine, and past chief, Department of Facial Cosmetic Surgery of the Queens- Long Island Medical Group.
