About Denise Anderson, DMD
Dr. Denise grew up in West Central Illinois, completed her undergraduate at Western Illinois University and then her doctorate at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 1997. She then came to the sunshine state and completed a one year AEGD residency with the University of Florida in St. Petersburg. Dr. Anderson then worked at a private practice in Seminole for nearly 10 years. She then met Dr. Robert Hehenberger who ran a successful practice for nearly 50 years in Pinellas Park and wanted to retire. The office is perfectly located at the corner of Park Boulevard and 49th street north. Dr. Hehenberger and Dr. Anderson quickly determined they had many of the same philosophies which resulted in a nice and easy transition for all of their patients. This is something you will sense when you walk into our office today. You’ll hear rock and roll music, the staff wears tie dyed work scrubs and there is always laughter and smiles. Our office is designed for people to come in and immediately relax and feel at ease. To be honest, not everyone can relax at the dentist, but more often than not our patients are at ease and have come to get excited about going to the dentist! Dr. Denise is backed up by a fantastic staff which will help guide you through your entire dental experience. Whether it’s a routine cleaning, new set of dentures, crowns, bridges, whitening or the hundreds of other services she offers, Dr. Denise shines! She’s got a soft touch and a very caring smile and attitude that will make you smile without thinking about it! Oh, and if you do need to have a “shot”….she’s the gentlest the area has to offer! Dr. Denise accepts just about all the PPO dental insurance out there! Just call her Office Manager Curtis with your insurance information and he’ll be happy to verify your benefits. Dr. Denise Anderson has established a rather unique dental practice. A practice that is far off the main drag of the big box, conglomerate type of dental offices that litter the Pinellas County area. She enjoys the one on one relationship with her patients versus the cattle herding practice that so many large offices have fallen into.
