About David R. Stebbins, DMD
Dr. Stebbins graduated from Amherst College in 1980 with a B.A. in Biology and received his D.M.D. from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1985. He completed his residency at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York where he received advanced training in all areas of dentistry. Dr. Stebbins has been recognized many times since 2009 by Connecticut Magazine® as a Top Dentist winner, most recently in 2019. He has also been selected, each year since 2010, to be included in the database of topDentists™ with corresponding articles in the July/August issues of Fairfield Living, Greenwich, New Canaan-Darien, Stamford, and Westport Magazines. Both of these designations are achieved through the recommendation of his local peer dentists–the colleagues who know him best. Dr. Stebbins is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Connecticut State Dental Association (member of the Continuing Education Committee), the Greater Norwalk Dental Society, and the Greater Norwalk Chamber of Commerce. He regularly participates in local dental study clubs where he enjoys the spirit of professional sharing and camaraderie. Dr. Stebbins and his wife Gayle live in Wilton where they raised their three children. In his spare time, Dr. Stebbins enjoys playing golf, boating, skiing, and traveling.
