About David B. Powell, DDS
Dr. Powell, West Jordan dentist, is a native of Holladay. He and his wife, Amy, have two children, Hannah and Zachary. Dr. Powell has been in practice for 20 years. He spent the first 7 years at an office in Holladay, and then relocated his Practice to Jordan Landing in June of 2004. He is a graduate of The University of Utah and The University of Iowa School of Dentistry. He has dedicated his professional career to providing patients with the best that dentistry has to offer. Dr. Powell’s practice exceeds the standard of care, providing the newest dental techniques and state-of-the-art equipment to meet the needs of each patient with advanced, comfortable, and personalized dental care. Dr. Powell has completed multiple continuing education courses in sedation dentistry, cosmetic restorations, Invisalign® (clear, wireless braces), general orthodontics, implant placement and endodontics. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Utah Academy of General Dentistry, Salt Lake Dental Society, and Academy of LDS Dentists. Dr. Powell is also a dental board examiner for WREB and goes to several different schools to grade dental students who are preparing to enter the dental field as dentists.
