About David M. Kaffey, DDS
With over 2 decades of experience providing dental care to people of all ages, I am well versed and experienced in many different areas of dentistry. Since my cum laude graduation in 1994 from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, I have concentrated my advanced training on Cosmetic Dentistry, Implant Dentistry, TMJ Treatment, Oral Medicine, Orthodontics, Endodontics (Root Canal Therapy), Sleep Apnea Therapy, and Prosthetics. I have studied extensively at the world-renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies with a concentration in Cosmetic Dentistry and TMJ disorders. By advancing my education and clinical skills, I have been able to greatly improve the quality of life of many people of all ages. In addition to being involved in several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the Montgomery Buck Dental Society, I have been featured on NBC for my cosmetic dentistry and I have had numerous articles on cosmetic dentistry published. As a member of the Montgomery Bucks Dental Society, I have chaired various committees, currently serving as the President. I have also been honored to represent Pennsylvania on the national level as a representative in the American Dental Association House of Delegates. In addition, I am a past president, treasurer, and secretary of the Main Line Dental Society. I find it important to help those that are less fortunate and throughout my career, I have volunteered in various organizations so as to “pay it forward”. From helping to feed the hungry to providing free dental care, It’s a small way for me to help repair the world. Most recently, I have been a volunteer dentist for the Give Kids a Smile program and the MOM-n-PA program. The MOM-n-PA program is the largest Mission of Mercy effort in Pennsylvania that provides free dental care to the needy. This program provides needed dental care to over 2000 people annual in PA. In my free time, I enjoy many outdoor activities with my wife and our two teenage children including skiing, hiking, biking, camping, travel, soccer, softball and baseball.
