About Dan E. Bergman, DDS
Dr. Bergman was nominated to Top Dentist for St. Louis area for 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2018. He is a St. Louis native and graduated from De Smet Jesuit High School in 1995. He attended St. Louis University and after completing his BS, in Nuclear Medicine Technology, went to work at Barnes Jewish Hospital for a year. Dr. Bergman then attended UMKC School of Dentistry where he graduated in 2005 with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. The next year he completed a residency program at UMKC and received a degree in Advanced Education in General Dentistry. This was a one-year program based around implant dentistry, progressive dental techniques, and cosmetic restorations. Dr. Bergman returned to St. Louis and practiced in West St. Louis County for four years. He continues to pursue studies in advanced dental techniques and has over 700 hours of continuing education with an emphasis placed on implants, sleep apnea, and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Bergman's hobbies include golf and working out . Most of his free-time, however, is spent with his wife, Susan, and their daughters, Rebecca(10), Annie(8) and Catherine (5).
